I found this perfect summer bag from Whyred. I usually prefer bigger bags but in the summertime you just need to downsize a bit. It's just the right size for all my necessities and it can even fit my sunnies (ray-ban).
The bag is a Bottega Veneta-esque leather weave and it has a detachable shoulder strap as well as a shorter wrist strap so you can even wear it as a clutch for a night out. Per-fect!!!
The bag goes really well with my Tiger of Sweden wedges which are super comfy. They also add inches to my height which is always great... (jeans: zara, nail polish: chanel vendetta)
